The power of attorney is designed to simplify the application process for you. The power of attorney authorizes us to receive the learning support vouchers. This speeds up the application process.
- Indication of the BuT number and data of the legal guardian
- child's name
- Place, date and signature of legal guardian

The second page must be completed by the teachers of the subjects in which the applicant needs tutoring.
- Each teacher must enter the subject and the current or last grade. The grade can also refer to the last oral, written or interim grade. If a grade of 4 or better is entered, an additional justification is required.
- When it comes to the type of support, the individual support option is preferred in order to be able to provide the best possible individual support to the students.
- In order for the application to be approved, the statements must be confirmed with yes.
- If more than four teaching units are specified in total, a justification is required.

The third page must be completed by the class teacher.
Information about the period of learning support. Preferably until the end of the school year, as this simplifies the administrative workload.
Contact details and school temple must be added.
